1. What PsiGuard does

PsiGuard evaluates answers from language models and attempts to detect hallucinations, logical drift, manipulative tone, or unsafe claims. It may rewrite or refuse responses.

PsiGuard provides statistical signals and safeguards, not guarantees.

2. Your responsibility

You agree that:

• You are responsible for any use of the PsiGuard API.
• You maintain proper safeguards when operating in medical, legal, financial, educational, or safety-critical environments.
• You will not use PsiGuard to deceive or manipulate users.

3. Subscription tiers

• Free access to the playground, no production API.
• Analyze tier includes risk scoring and metrics.
• Autopilot tier includes rewrite and refusal logic.

4. Billing

• Stripe processes all payments securely.
• Your subscription auto-renews monthly unless you cancel.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Fair Use

We may throttle or restrict accounts that abuse APIs, attempt to reverse-engineer systems, or spam requests.

6. AI disclaimer

PsiGuard is not a guarantee of correctness. It uses probabilistic evaluation of model output and may be wrong.

You must not rely on PsiGuard alone for high-risk or regulated decision making.

7. IP ownership

PsiGuard and related algorithms, models, and scoring systems remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, harassment, abuse, or legal violations.

9. API key security

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Do not share or embed it in public repos. Lost or leaked keys should be regenerated through the dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

PsiGuard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss, damages, or consequences of model behavior.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by US law (Texas or your registered business state).
