PsiGuard subscriptions provide access to proprietary model safety tooling, hallucination risk scoring, and automated decision systems. Access is delivered immediately upon activation and uses computational resources in real time. Because of this, refunds are limited.

Eligible Refunds

• You were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
• You were unable to access your account after purchase due to a technical issue attributable to PsiGuard.
• Your subscription renewed unintentionally and you request a refund within 7 days of renewal.

Not Eligible

• Change of mind after activation.
• Dissatisfaction with model responses, analysis results, or metrics.
• Failure to use the product or access provided features.
• Misuse of features, API calls, or exceeding rate or usage limits.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Your current billing period will remain active until it ends and no partial period credits are issued.
