This Privacy Policy explains how PsiGuard ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, dashboard, or API located at https://bumpr.net.

1. What we collect

• Account data: Email and password when creating an account via Firebase Authentication. Passwords are not stored by us, only by Firebase.
• Subscription data: Tier, payment status, and customer ID from Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• API usage data: prompts, candidate answers, hallucination metrics, results, and timestamps.
• Device data: basic analytics such as IP address, browser type, and OS.

2. Why we collect this

• Authenticate users and deliver paid features.
• Generate and manage your PsiGuard API key.
• Analyze or correct responses generated by AI models.
• Monitor abuse and protect system integrity.

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers:

• Firebase for authentication and database.
• Stripe for subscription billing.
• OpenAI or other LLM providers for hallucination analysis.
• Render for backend hosting.

These services have their own privacy terms. We do not control their policies.

4. How we protect data

• Passwords handled exclusively by Firebase.
• API keys stored encrypted server-side.
• All requests use HTTPS only.
• No key is ever sent to another user or shared publicly.

5. What you control

• Update or delete your account via the dashboard.
• Revoke API keys at any time.
• Disable third-party access by deleting facts or prompt history.

6. Data retention

We keep:

• Account data while your subscription is active.
• API logs for safety and debugging.
• Billing records as required by Stripe and tax laws.

7. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use PsiGuard.
